Monday – Friday, before 16:30 Same Day
Orders placed before 16:30 on weekdays are processed and shipped the same business day.
Monday – Friday, after 16:30 Next Business Day
Orders placed after 16:30 on weekdays are processed and shipped the following business day.
Saturday, before 12:30 Ships Saturday
Orders placed before 12:30 on Saturday are shipped that same day. Delivery occurs during the following business week.
Saturday, after 12:30 Ships Monday
Orders placed after 12:30 on Saturday are processed and shipped on Monday.
Sunday & Public Holidays Next Business Day
All orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Secure Packaging
Every device is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Returns & Exchanges
If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all accessories included.
Proof of Delivery
All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across all 9 provinces in South Africa. Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days for delivery.
Please note: Estimated delivery times of 1–3 business days apply after the order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier operations. LinkedStore cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been handed over.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will apply for re-delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch via either The Courier Guy or PostNet. Processing times depend on when your order is placed — see the schedule above for details.
Can I collect my order instead?
We currently offer delivery-only orders through our courier partners. Collection is not available at this time. With PostNet, you can choose a PostNet branch near you for convenient pickup.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery and may leave a notification card. They'll typically attempt a second delivery. If delivery fails, the parcel may be returned to the depot — contact us if this happens and we'll arrange re-delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within South Africa. We're looking into international shipping options for the future.
What happens if my parcel is damaged on arrival?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Is there free shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of R150 nationwide. Keep an eye on our promotions — we occasionally offer free shipping on selected orders.
