Refund Eligibility
Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receiving the device to submit a refund request.
To qualify for a refund, you must provide valid proof of purchase along with a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
The device must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and the invoice included.

- Device was received in a damaged condition
- Wrong item was delivered
- Device does not match the product description
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Physical damage caused after delivery or collection
- Software issues caused by user actions

How to Request a Refund
Reach out to us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Once approved, return the device in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and invoice. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason.
Our team will inspect and test the device to verify the reported issue. This process typically takes 2–3 business days after we receive the item.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
