How to Request a Refund

Reach out to us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

Return the Device

Once approved, return the device in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and invoice. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason.

Inspection & Assessment

Our team will inspect and test the device to verify the reported issue. This process typically takes 2–3 business days after we receive the item.

Refund Processed

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Original Payment Method All approved refunds are returned via the same payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Option In some cases, we may offer an exchange for a replacement device instead of a refund. This will be discussed with you during the returns process.
Important: LinkedStore reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above requirements. All refund decisions are subject to device inspection and assessment by our team. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Common Questions

How long do I have to request a refund?
You have 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date you receive your device to submit a refund request. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Refunds are only processed for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the device is faulty or we made an error (wrong item, damaged in transit), LinkedStore will cover the return shipping cost. In other eligible cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How long does the refund take to process?
Once the device has been inspected and the refund is approved, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. This depends on your bank or payment provider.
What if my device develops a fault after 7 days?
If your device develops a fault outside the 7-day window, it may still be covered under warranty. Contact us and we'll assist you with the warranty process.
Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?
Yes, depending on stock availability, we may be able to offer an exchange for the same or a similar device. This will be discussed with you as part of the return process.
